pink

Hmm I’m really not good at the ‘wordless’ part but my girls just LOVED the pink cupcakes… I mean ‘scottcakes’ they had while in Provincetown last week. They tried the iced mini cakes and then went back for seconds to enjoy a soft and dreamy regular one. YUM! 🙂 If you visit the town and you find yourself on Commercial street and you wonder how dare they put up a poster touting THE BEST cupcake… so much so that they find no need to offer any additional flavors? Well try one and then you too will be in the know. lol

It is possible that I’m still in shock that it’s Monday… I’m not sure I even recognized that there was a weekend to be had! Summer is definitely in full swing and with such comes crazy-buys days whether it be Saturday or Sunday. Today I have a to-do list that is at least 3 miles long but alas I’m happily blogging about my repeat obsession with pink. While I have toned down the wearing of such for myself I just love having two daughters so I can keep the color alive! I am so drawn to all shades of pink and some of my favorite pins are filled with it.

* Pretty in Pink is definitely one of my fave movies of all time because I can’t help but adore the 80’s version of Molly Ringwald and all her fashionable glory at that time. (still love how she would stick 2 pairs of earrings in one hole to sassy up her look) 🙂 *
